Is the in-home consultation free?
No. Our in-home consultations are a paid service. The visit allows us to assess your space, understand your needs, and gather the information needed to prepare an accurate quote. We’ll share the consultation fee before confirming your appointment.
Is my requested date and time confirmed when I submit the form?
Not yet. The date and time you select are your preferences. We’ll review our availability and contact you to confirm the appointment details.
Can I get a quote without an in-home consultation?
We prepare formal quotes after visiting your home. Seeing the space in person helps us better understand the scope of the project and what the work will involve.
What areas do you serve?
We serve The Woodlands and the Greater Houston area. If you’re unsure whether your home is within our service area, send us your address through the form and we’ll confirm availability.
Do I need to prepare my home before the consultation?
No special preparation is necessary. We want to see your space as you normally use it. You’re welcome to have a list of priorities, questions, or ideas you’d like to discuss.
Am I required to book the full service after the consultation?
Not at all. After the visit, we’ll prepare a proposal for your review. You can decide whether you’d like to move forward.
Can I communicate with you in Spanish?
Absolutely! We’re happy to assist you in English or Spanish, whichever you prefer.
